We aim to provide quality wellness and health care to all our patients and clients promptly. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience our providers and our other patients and clients. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients and clients. To be respectful of your fellow patients, please call The Shala as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
We require that you call at least 24 hours in advance if cancellation is necessary. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 681-378-3370, 24 hours before your appointment. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, we will charge the patient/client the full amount appointment fee.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows on Memberships and Packages
If a late cancellation or no-show occurs on a pre-paid package or membership, a session or service will be deducted from that package or membership.
We understand that emergencies do occur. Please contact us soon as possible regarding your scheduled sessions.
