Our goal is to provide timely, high-quality wellness and medical care to every patient and client. No-shows, late arrivals, and last-minute cancellations impact our providers and prevent others from accessing care. Thank you for respecting our time and the needs of fellow patients by honoring the following policy.

Appointment Cancellation

When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you and is no longer available to others. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must call The Shala at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments are in high demand, and your advance notice allows another patient the opportunity to be seen.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

To cancel an appointment, you must call us at 681-378-3370.

If you reach voicemail, please leave a detailed message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made by phone.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

    •    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or on the same day will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

    •    No-shows (missing an appointment without calling) will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

Memberships & Pre-Paid Packages

    •    Late cancellations will result in 50% of a session being deducted from the package or membership.

    •    No-shows will result in one full session being deducted from the package or membership.
